1. Services

Be Live Coaching offers individual life coaching sessions focused on personal and professional growth, resilience, clarity, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.

A free introductory session is available to discuss your needs and expectations.

2. Booking and Coaching Agreement

• All coaching begins with a complimentary introductory session.
• After the intro session, a separate Coaching Agreement will be signed, which includes session details, fees, cancellation policy, and confidentiality.
• Sessions are usually held online (via Zoom or similar) or as agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a quiet and private space for sessions
• Be open and honest during coaching
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions (coaching is a partnership, not advice)

4. Limitation of Liability

Coaching results depend on your active participation. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any decisions you make as a result of coaching.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching (exercises, cards, etc.) are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with reasonable notice as specified in the individual Coaching Agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is [your city in Germany], unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
